Waivers & liability
Below are two electronic waivers that must be submitted before your activities.
Dubai Wanderlust provides all detailed information about the activities and dangers, and it is the client's responsibility to follow safety measures to prevent accidents or injuries. Any health issues or ailments must be brought to attention before booking. Both forms must be completed for each person participating in the activity. For minors (under age 18), it must be completed by a responsible legal guardian. While filling out forms for children, please put the name of the minor in the 'name' section and sign with guardian initials. Please read the description of each activity carefully before booking.

Photography consent & release
By submitting the consent and release form, you agree Dubai Wanderlust may use it for advertising purposes. The photos and videos will only be used on Dubai Wanderlust's platforms: dubaiwanderlust.com, Instagram (@dxb.wanderlust), Airbnb experience, and TripAdvisor.

Activity liability waiver
By submitting the liability waiver you are aware of the dangers that may occur during your activity. In agreeance to submitting this liability waiver, you release any liability claims such as demands, damages, actions, or suits of any kind. Dubai Wanderlust is not responsible for any related injuries and damages to both person and property, as well as any issues that may arise in the future from participating in the activity.
